A two storey extension to an existing build, with complex construction.
The first phase of the Perrett House transformation was completed in February. The refurbishment of 17no apartments was completed with the majority occupied. Ground works have begun on the new build extension with Main Contractor, Midas, appointed to complete the transformation of the previously vacant 1980s residential building. A 20 month construction programme will result in a building of circa 30no 1 bed units being extended to create 63no 1, 2 and 3 bed units in the centre of Bristol. The works include a two storey extension to the top of the existing building, with a 6 storey concrete and steel structure to the north side of the building which will transform the streetscape in the this part of the city.
